 Morning woke and went to do blood extraction with dad.

Then went to Poundland to get clips, washing cloth and rinzer. Biscuits, fruit pastilles and charging cables.

Went home , before that saw some trains at city centre.

Morning had noodles, pork chop and 2 x eggs.

Mum and dad had phone call.

Noon had cake and fruits..

Then after dinner went out to threw 4 packets of trash to recycling.
